I've prepaid and placed an order. There has been zero movement for 12 days, I've emailed them repeatedly with no response. This business is irresponsible and careless. It's not so hard to put an update somewhere, even on the website. I've also requested cancelation and refund. They're asleep at the wheel. There is no option to check my order status on their web page. I can only follow my email link which gives the same outdated information from 24th September.
I will never buy from them again. I also don't have great hopes for the product if this is their professionalism. It could even be a scam operation. NEVER AGAIN!

The hold is a bit different from regular scrunchies — not worse, just different. It took me a couple of days to figure out the right wrapping technique. Once I got it, the hold was perfect and my hair looked great all day. The reduced breakage is definitely real. Would give 5 stars if it had come with a little how-to guide.

Ordered this expecting Bare Skin to be a warm nude tone based on the product photo, but the one I received looks much pinker in natural light. Not unusable but not what I expected. The other two colours are accurate. The silk quality is fine, just the colour mismatch bothered me.
